Pipeline for designing protein binders from scratch. RFDiffusion sketches a backbone that fits the target, ProteinMPNN picks sequences for it, ColabFold folds them back to check they hold, and a GROMACS run drops the unstable ones before any lab work. Mostly I just wanted it to run start to finish instead of being a folder of half-connected scripts. Rough notes for now, will write it up properly when I get a minute.
